Do you have a experience with visual design, interaction design, and coding? HeyStaks is looking for an interaction designer to work closely with our product development team on a short-term contract to redesign and implement our search Portal site.

Responsibilities

* Design aesthetically pleasing, highly usable web interface to display access social search knowledge
* Implement HTML/CSS/Javascript interface
* Contribute to product development, present ideas and create mockups

Requirements

* 2+ years developing Web application interfaces
* Strong visual-design skills
* Great interaction-design skills
* Excellent cross-browser HTML/CSS coding skills
* Experience with sites constructed using Drupal or similar CMS a big advantage
* JavaScript coding skills, AJAX experience beneficial
* Experience working on large, scalable Internet applications
* Familiarity with state-of-the-art social/community-oriented technologies a plus
* Experience with Web 2.0-style development
